Heated pool, with separate terrace, private use only guest and owner, preferent for the guest. The owners live in the upper floor, with other terraces.

Auf der grossen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool (5 x 10 m) befindet sich der Außenessbereich. La Casita bietet neben freiem WiFi auch Sat/Smart-TV und eine Musikanlage.

Op het terrein ligt een groot huis dat alleen toegankelijk is voor de eigenaren. Verhuur is ook alleen mogelijk als de eigenaren er niet zijn, dus u heeft de hele buitenruimte voor u alleen (2000 m²)

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with all the necessary cookware to spend a few days, nordic fireplace style and a equipped bathroom, which has a large wardrobe enough for 2 people.

Newly constructed guest house at the rear of the property. There are friendly dogs and one cat. The house is situated within walking distance of San Juan Pueblo which is a lively town very close to Alicante. The beach is 20 minutes away ( by bike ) and there are lovely countryside walks nearby. There is also a local bus and taxi service. Locally there are Lots of restaurants and amenities. It is a very peaceful location. We have WIFI
