‘Church Mouse Cottage’ Charming, cosy and central.

Built in the early 19th century, Church Mouse Cottage has all the charm and character you would expect from a Georgian property. The cottage is beautiful, warm and comfortable making it the perfect bolt hole. A lot of thought has gone into ensuring that this is not just a place to stay but a place to enjoy being. Its location is an ideal blend of being tucked away in complete tranquility whilst still being just a 5 minute stroll from the thriving high street with its many shops, pubs and cafes.

Down a winding drive but 2 minutes walk from the village late shop and pubs Appletree cottage is easy; walk on footpaths directly to the South Downs National Park; Retreat in seclusion; or Indulge the village deli and artisan pizza shops or walk straight onto the hills. 3 pubs , 2 restaurants and a supermarket. Wee Wych, Hurstpierpoint-1 bedroom private annexe

Located up the private drive of Halton Shaws is the former Coach House, Wych House. Built in 1897 to house the horses of Halton Lodge this impressive dwelling enjoys a quiet spot close to the center of the bustling village of Hurstpierpoint. In 2019 the Nelson family moved in and set about renovating this beautiful Victorian property. Separate from the main house and accessed through the double garage doors is Wee Wych. This immaculately finished annexe is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite.

The property is a recently built self-contained annex above the garage nestled into the South Downs. It offers a spacious open plan living area suitable for 2 guests. A small living area with sofa, chair and Digital TV (includes Amazon Prime), chest of drawers, hanging space, full length mirror etc. Fast Wi-Fi. 
Kitchenette with dining table to eat/work on, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Complimentary tea, coffee & sugar. The bathroom has a shower, basin & toilet, with a large mirror.

This secluded barn is a quirky unique space located the foot of the South Downs Country park. Placed on the crossroads of bridle/footpath. Bbq and secluded outside space, living area, wood burner. One bedroom, king size bed with a Hypnos premier mattress, tea/coffee etc., Short walk to pub where your dog is welcome. The Old Barn has a breakfast & food prep area, air fryer, microwave, fridge Welcome pack provided & continental breakfast. BBQ packs available on request before /during stay

The Loft Appartment, Cobbs Mill

Nestled in open countryside and close to the historic village of Hurstpierpoint, The Loft is an ideal base to explore the walks and villages of the beautiful South Downs, Brighton, Hickstead, or as a stopover for Gatwick Airport. The space is in an historic watermill complex (Cobbs Mill) sleeping 2 (with an additional single sofa-bed if required). Outdoors there are plenty of gardens, and a purpose built petanque court. Footpaths lead directly from the property to open countryside.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.
