Boddington Mill

Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The Cottage is brand new, fitted to a high standard with its own kitchen, en suite and private gated parking 10 mins from the M4/5. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

We welcome you to Robin’s Nest - a pretty, secret little haven in the tiny hamlet of Long Dean, nestled in the base of the beautiful Bybrook valley. Just 1 mile from Castle Combe and 10 miles from the Georgian spa city of Bath. Robin’s Nest has a secure gated entrance with a security keypad and plenty of parking right next to the nest. There is an outside terrace to enjoy. Robins Nest has been called “the perfect romantic getaway”, “my favourite escape from the city” and “a hidden gem” !

Little Pippins - Cotswold Staycation.

A unique one bedroom detached stone cottage built in 1807, with far reaching views over the historic village of Avening to Gatcombe Wood. The recently refurbished house, with log burning stove, south facing lounge/kitchen/dining room, bedroom, en-suite and dry stone walled courtyard garden, will provide a cosy retreat. The cottage is available with a super king size bed. Alternatively, twin beds with prior notice. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

The Old Granary - cottage with charm and character

The Old Granary is a delightful self-contained converted cottage with off road parking and small private garden. It is situated in the middle of a small village which is 10 mins from J14 of the M5, 15 mins from J18 of M4, half an hour from Bath, Bristol and Cirencester and approximately 40 mins from Cheltenham and the Forest of Dean. Hillesley is a quiet village with a wonderful pub. It is situated on the Cotswold Way and ideally placed for a walking holiday.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

At this little hideaway you can be completely self contained with a mini kitchen (microwave only) and outside courtyard. There are plenty of good places to eat in the area.
