Few minutes walk to St Peters station, 10 minutes to Erskineville and Newtown Stations. Buses just around the corner on King Street. Lovely quiet space with private entrance.

It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Our location & neighbourhood is inner west Sydney at its best. We are just 280 metres from Erskineville Station, which means we are just 15 minutes from the Opera House and 9 minutes from Darling Harbour- 160 ms. from Erko. village- 700 ms. from King St. Newtown. We are 1.2km from the Aust. Technology Park.
