Rum nr 5, 22 kvm 2 trappor upp (utan hiss ) med två enkelsängar 80x190cm som antingen kan placeras som dubbelsäng eller var och en för sig, Vindsrum med eget badrum och AC, sovrummet är 13 kvm och badrum och hall 9 kvm. Dörren till rummet är den gamla original dörren som vi har behållit men inuti är takhöjden mycket generös. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag.

Bonjour la maison se trouve dans l'urbanisation de la Marina à 25 kms de l'aéroport d'Alicante, 3 kms des plages, et à pied 2 minutes des commerces. Dans le prix le petit déjeuner est compris (Service entre 8h et 10h). Vous pouvez profiter du salon, de la cuisine, des terrasses, de la piscine et du jacuzzi (1 séance par jour). This is room 2 in lovely & boutique, 3 room B&B ´Los Establos´ . It is an ideal holiday destination for guests who are in need of sun and tranquility and who love original design and comfort. Staying here is a great way to enjoy the countryside of Alicante No disturbing noises, just the sounds of nature. Los Establos is situated on 25 car minutes from the main rood, and realy off the beaten trackm. Close to the Coast but nicely remote and away from the masses.

Located on the first floor, this room is ideal for couples. The double doors open out onto the balcony and views of the street. The room features a large wardrobe, bedside tables hand-made from the farm's almond trees, and in the bathroom the washbasin surface is made from a Cypress wood blown down during storm Gloria in 2018. This room is wheelchair accesible and is equipped with wide doors and floor-level shower, there is a lift to access the first floor.
