Quiet Mediteranean House with stunning views, heated swimming pool, 9 minutes walk to the wonderful white old town of Altea. 15 min walk down to the sea. 1st floor private for the guests, with dining room, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Big private terrace, outdoor wood furniture, gas barbeque, garden with a beautiful pine tree and wide views. Heated pool, with separate terrace, private use only guest and owner, preferent for the guest. The owners live in the upper floor, with other terraces.

A 2 km del pueblo de Javea, a 4 km del golf La Sella, a 8 Km de Dénia, a 3 km del pueblo de Jesús pobre. A 15 minutos en coche de preciosas playas y calas. Se pueden hacer paseos maravillosos por el bosque Mediterraneo y encontrar preciosas vistas al valle. Muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, y la amplia oferta de ocio, senderismo, golf, playas, montaña y mercadillos típicos zona.

The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Auf der grossen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool (5 x 10 m) befindet sich der Außenessbereich. La Casita bietet neben freiem WiFi auch Sat/Smart-TV und eine Musikanlage.

Het overdekte terras heeft een gezellige buitentafel en een open terras waar je kunt genieten van de prachtig zonsopgang en de kleurrijke zonsondergang.

We rent the upstair apartment of this wonderful Villa in front of the Mediterranean sea. The house is located at the beachfront at the beautiful beach "la Fustera", with private access to it and stunning sea views. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views, private pool and private parking. The downstairs apartment is ocasionally used by members of our family with whom you would only share the parking lot, the access to the beach and ocasionally the swimming pool.
