Uniek romantisch huisje met veranda en houtkachel

Een sprookjesachtig huisje aan het water in een oase van rust. Geniet op de houten veranda van een wijntje of warme chocomelk bij de haard met een fantastisch uitzicht over de polder. Verken de authentieke pittoreske dorpjes in de buurt met de gezelligste restaurants. Dit huisje bevind zich aan de achterkant van een boerderij, midden in een natuur-en vogelgebied in Noord-Holland op 30 min afstand van Amsterdam. Dichtbij Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Hoorn en het strand bij Egmond aan Zee.

Met veel enthousiasme hebben wij ons oude Herenhuis gerenoveerd en in oorspronkelijke staat hersteld. Op de bel-etage hebben wij een appartement gecreëerd dat wij nu verhuren. Het huis ligt in een levendige wijk op 5 minuten lopen naar het stadshart en op 4 minuten lopen naar het treinstation waarvandaan u in binnen 34 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal bent. Het appartement is recent en met veel aandacht gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien, geheel voor eigen gebruik met balkon.

Tinyhouse Alkmaar

Op 1 minuut loopafstand van 't oude gezellige centrum van Alkmaar, in de populaire waterrijke buurt de Schelphoek, ligt in een rustige zijstraat dit leuke luxe kleine appartement. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en komt met een eigen opgang. “Tinyhouse Alkmaar” is de perfecte uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan het leuke Alkmaar of verkenning van de omgeving. De locatie is vlak gelegen aan het Noord-Hollands kanaal en ligt op steenworp afstand van alle voorzieningen.

Compleet nieuwe moderne, luxe Lodge met sauna. Even heerlijk genieten van de rust en de ruimte met vanuit de woonkamer en het terras met vrij uitzicht op de molen. Heerlijk relaxen in je privé sauna en afkoelen lekker buiten op het terras. Incl. gebruik van badlakens en badjassen. Op loopafstand eten te bestellen bij de Restaurant de Molenschuur. De Lodge ligt dichtbij het centrum van Alkmaar en het strand van Bergen of Egmond. Wandel ook heerlijk in de duinen in Schoorl.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. I am a traditional Dutch miller born and raised in Alkmaar, and my American wife, Kelly, and I enjoy sharing this special place with guests from around the world.

Wi-Fi, eigen parkeerplaats, 4 gratis fietsen, rust, sleutelkluis voor eventueel zelf inchecken. TOERISTENBELASTING (vanaf 18 jaar) €3,24 p/p/p/n , wordt achteraf verrekend via een betaalverzoek. Via de hal met WC kom je het appartement binnen. Aangrenzend aan de hoofdslaapkamer zit de badkamer. Via de laatste deur kom je in de ruime woonkamer met keuken. In de woonkamer zit de trap naar de tweede etage waar de "kinder" slaapkamer is met een stahoogte van 180 cm.

Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.
