Built in 2016, after our original home was destroyed in the Jamestown flood 2013, this basement apt. was created to provide housing for aging parents, friends and guests below our primary home. Wonderful, large 800 sq ft, open floor plan apt. However, the acre lot landscaping is still being reconstructed. Pets are allowed. We charge $15/day per pet. Also note, there is no fence on our property. There is a large open space park 300’ away as well as access to USFS 1/4 mile from your door.

Quaint 1 bedroom in the mountains.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Small kitchen with hot plate and cooking utensils. Nice mattress with views of the sunrise. Full bath. Nice couch with Netflix on tv. Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily.
