Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. This is a high-end apartment with two bedrooms, suitable for 4 people. The apartment is a quiet hide away spot in the middle of the epicenter of Amsterdam The apartment is without breakfast, there is a breakfast service available from the deli nearby or breakfast cafe's and the supermarket are within walking distance.

Wonderfully all luxury built studio-apartment situated in an Amsterdam monument dated from 1540, that was rebuilt in 1675. The studio is located at a very quiet alley on “Blaeu Erf", nearby Dam Square, in the oldest part of Amsterdam City Centre. This modern furnished studio room has a nice area to sit, a sleeping area and a kitchenette (no stove). All with original 17e century beams. Located on the third floor, this apartment has a real cosy atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring.

Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

First Class houseboat studio (corner)

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

Our lovely monumental 5 stories house originates from 1887 and is situated in the middle of the centre of Amsterdam, near Leidsesquare. Luxury Apartment has just been renovated, you will experience excellent quality, love and eye for detail. The apartment is very suitable for families with children or business guests, as it's spacious with a lot of privacy.
