Braeview: Cosy studio farm cottage near St Andrews

We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cartshed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

Other East Neuk villages and historic St.Andrews easily reached by local buses. Perfect for a couples` romantic getaway, although sofabed allows for two more guests. This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

Anchor Cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom house, sleeping up to 5 adults, which sits in a pretty sun-trapped courtyard in the lovely conservation town of Anstruther, only 2 minutes from the harbour and on the Fife Coastal Path. The property has its own private parking space right outside the front door and is perfect for that romantic weekend or for memorable family getaways, only feet from the harbour with its restaurants, bars and beaches.

Coorie Cottage is a charming wee fisherman's cottage situated at the end of the harbour, enjoying views of the sea as soon as you step out the door. Sitting right on the coastal path in the picturesque coastal village of St Monans. Perfect spot to explore this quaint little village and the surrounding villages of the East Neuk of Fife. Close to St Andrews, and also easy to travel to Dundee and Edinburgh.

Small apartment in the center of Crail

A brand new apartment in an outbuilding in our garden. Two story, plus a bed in the mezzanine. The bedroom and bath room are downstairs. Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings. You will enjoy Crail and its surroundings, as we are in the heart of the village.
