Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

Welcome at the Panorama Sea View Apartment. As its name suggests, it is an apartment with a panoramic breathtaking sea view of Souda Bay. It is located in a 4-apartment building, which was built by my grandfather with much love and completed by my father and my uncle in the late 1980. It was completely renovated by me, in 2022 with care and very personal work. It is a house ideal for couples who love romance, tranquility and are looking for something special for their holidays.

THE VILLA WAS BUILT IN 2021.The villa is located at the entrance of Kalyves, a popular coastal resort in northwest Crete. Kalyves is a small, cozy place where Greek traditions are still maintained and where everything is offered for a wonderful holiday experience. A Super Market is located 200 meters away, where you can find everything you need. In the area you can find lots of restaurants, taverns and café but also spend your day at the crystal beach nearby (150m away).

Η απόσταση από την είσοδο στην εθνική Οδό Χανίων-Ηρακλείου είναι μικρότερη από 2 λεπτά οδήγησης, από το λιμάνι της Σούδας απέχει περίπου 5 λεπτά οδήγησης, από την πόλη των Χανίων 15 λεπτά και από το αεροδρόμιο 30 λεπτά.
