Semedela - where the Istrian adventure begins

Stylish, newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment on the sunny hill Markovec above Koper. The nearest city beach, Žusterna, is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Free parking available. It is on the third floor, without an elevator. Beds can be joined to form a double bed or remain as 4 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for an additional person if necessary. Bed linen and towels are provided. I would be more than happy to provide any additional information you may need.

From the dream of having a vacation place for our family we managed to renew this house mostly by our own. So every tile and piece of furniture was placed with love and great expectation to bring special moments to all the people it will accommodate. The name "Bivalvia" derives from Latin meaning seashell so we hope that all of this would bring you the feeling of coziness and protection. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

Ljubka, nova garsonjera, primerna za dve osebi. To bivališče je idealno za aktivne osebe, ki se želijo po napornem dnevu nekje odpočiti, si kaj skuhati, ter prespati v prijetni atmosferi. Je obvladljive velikosti in zelo blizu plaže. Poleg tega so v bližini številne restavracije in trgovine, ki zagotavljajo vse potrebno za udobno bivanje. Kraj je dobro povezan z javnim prevozom, kar omogoča enostaven dostop do lokalnih znamenitosti.

The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.

This cosy ground-floor apartment has onsite secure free parking. It contains a queen size bed, a bathroom and a mini kitchenette with fridge and tv. The spacious patio is set in a green environment. Conveniently located 150m from the beach with bar, restaurants and within walking distance from the town of Koper.

I would like to welcome you to my cozy house, modernly decorated and fully equipped, close to the sea, at walking distance from beaches (100 m), 50 m from water park /spa center, bus stop. Green and silent private street. Enjoy :)
