The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Dazu eine moderne Küche, ein schickes Bad mit Fenstern und eine möblierte Terrasse. Private Gegenstände sind auf ein Minimum reduziert. 5 Min. Fußweg bis Eurogress oder Tivoli, 15 Min. zum Rathaus/Dom.

Die mit Liebe frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung ist das ehemalige Jagdzimmer des Anwesens. Neben altem Schiffsparkett schmückt eine Stuckdecke den großen, hellen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und Esstisch. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Terrasse und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Türe. Bis in die Aachener Innenstadt benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Auto. ( Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Kornelius I - a nice apartment with garden

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Es liegt im Centrum von Aachen, ca. 5–7 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Aachener Dom, Carolus Thermen, Stadt Park, Weihnachtsmarkt. Zum Chio sind es ca. 2 km mit dem Auto oder 20–30 Minuten Fußweg durch schönen Stadtpark. Ab 01.01.2026 erhebt die Stadt Aachen 2,50 € pro Person und Übernachtung. Die Abgabe ist bei Ankunft zu zahlen.

Schöne 2 Zimmer Altbauwohnung mit Küche und Bad mitten in Aachen an nette Menschen zu vermieten. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, da sie sich auf der 2. Etage unseres Hinterhauses befindet. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. City, Dom, RWTH, Verkehrsanbindungen und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der historischen Aachener Innenstadt. Durch die liebevolle, antike Einrichtung bietet sie einen besonderen Flair für einen individuellen Stadtbesuch. Es gibt einen offenen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich mit angrenzender Küche und ein seperates Badezimmer.

The room with personal entry is nicely furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is WIFI- connection, an electric kettle, coffee and tea. The room shows to the backyard with trees and is quiet. There is direct access to the small garden via the entrance hall.
