Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

At under 200 sq ft, experience small living in our cozy space. The small studio is priced accordingly, our place is one of the lowest price to stay in LA with free stand building. It’s located near downtown Alhambra's finest grocery/shopping/dining areas (10 min walking distance) and downtown LA (15 min drive). New pillow top mattresses and soft linens await you, while the sleek new counter desk makes for the perfect place to get work done. Definitely is very small for two people staying.

Space sleeps four and offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed and two daybeds in the livingroom. The larger daybed is twin sized and the smaller daybed is adequate for a person about 5 ft or less. The bathroom has beautiful Italian Arabescato marble and cool turkish limestone. It also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

Located in upper Monrovia on a private residence the apartment is a back house with upper and lower levels. The open concept loft has no walls, 18 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, stainless appliances and Jacuzzi tub. Outdoor table and bbq are a shared space.
