Our garden-level/ basement-level apartment is newly remodeled and is located on 1.3 acres of land that backs to North Table Mountain with 360 views of the Rockies. This spacious in-law suite is great for families/ groups with 1,800 sq ft of space. We are 5 mins from Golden, 15 mins to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and 20 mins to Denver, Boulder. Features: Hot tub, fire pit, gas grill. We also have a new large flagstone patio with seating at the top of our backyard overlooking the Rockies! See pics!

The house is located with short access to i70 which makes it an easy hour+ drive to the slopes. It’s only a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, foothill trailheads, Ball Arena, and Boulder. The suite is a close walk from Olde town Arvada and the light rail stop for easy transportation from the airport and throughout the city of Denver.

We are 3 miles from Olde Town, 13 miles from downtown, 2 miles from the new light rail station, 13 miles from Red Rocks, 11 miles to Mile High, 22 miles from Boulder and 6 miles to great hiking at Golden. We are across the street from a nice park, close to a large bike path network, less than a mile from Olde Town Arvada with shopping, dining and a light rail station with access to downtown Denver. 20 minute drive to downtown Denver and to Red Rocks amphitheater. About 70 miles to skiing.
