One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

'The Barn' - Spacious barn in pretty canal village

Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

Freestone House in picturesque Ashby St Ledgers

In our opinion Freestone House offers the discerning vacation seeker the ultimate British Village experience. Following earlier links to the Gunpowder Plot of 1605, Ashby St Ledgers was, for many years, a single street traditional farming village and it is from these beginnings that it retains much of its rural charm. Freestone house sits in the heart of this wonderful community and offers superior accommodation. With park land all around, there are lovely views and plenty of country walks.

The Blue Barn

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

Rural Retreat with hot tub and bar area

Badby Lodge is a beautifully renovated annexe nestled in 6 acres of beautiful grounds. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a double, both with en-suites. This property provides the perfect retreat for a max of four people. Outside there’s a very large pond (practically a lake!), menage and stables. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

'The Barn' is a delightful, cosy property situated in the heart of Crick village. Built more than 200 hundred years ago, the Barn was sympathetically renovated in 2015 to create a beautiful, rustic environment with a modern twist. On one level, with no steps inside or out, this property is easily accessible. A welcoming dining, sitting and kitchen area with stove awaits you inside, with a comfortable bedroom area beyond. Perfect for just two people, it has all the accessories you need!

Well equipped kitchen with microwave, air fryer/mini oven, toaster and kettle (no hob). Large screen TV and fast Wi-Fi. Double bed, comfy sofa, dining area and en suite shower room. Private access and private parking. Just 28 minutes from Silverstone and 12 minutes from Onley Grounds Equestrian complex.

The Den at Reynard House

The Den at "Reynard House" is a very private, self contained getaway. Positioned away from the main residence with plenty of parking and offering stunning views across open countryside and adjacent farmland. Situated 500m from the nearest road the Den is in easy driving distance of the M1/M6 motorways, A5 road and the Birmingham/Euston rail service. The annexe is a self contained en-suite room with breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, crockery, utensils, tea coffee. Towels are provided.

Spacious 2 Bedroom Courtyard Cottage in Village

Pear Tree Cottage is a bright, south-facing recently renovated detached former barn located in the heart of the friendly village of Barby. Barby is a rural village just 5 minutes from Rugby, 25 minutes from Leamington Spa and with good access to the M1, M6 and A14. Pear Tree Cottage is a separate annex set across a courtyard from our family home. Both properties benefit from being setback from the road and surrounded by well-kept gardens and mature trees offering peace and privacy.

Cornflower - Deluxe Kingsize Ensuite Shepherds Hut

Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

Oak Barn is a renovated barn surrounded by fields on the edge of the historic village of Braunston on the Northamptonshire/Warwickshire border. The barn is surrounded by 27 acres of fields which border the Oxford Canal. Oak Barn is 2 storey and has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite, lounge/diner, kitchen and downstairs toilet. At the rear is a private patio area with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy views over the surrounding fields.
