The Perch is situated in the center of Lyndhurst, considered by many to be ‘the heart of the New Forest’. With floor-to-ceiling windows you will have views across the rooftops to the open forest and up and down the bustling & busy High Street below. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, it is the perfect pad for up to two adults. Step out of The Perch and you are immediately surrounded by coffee-shops, restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. Sorry no babies, children or pets allowed.

Charming room in a peaceful location just 5 minutes walk from Ashurst New Forest Train Station, and a 10 walk away from being deep in the Forest. There are many local pubs and eateries & & shops and a bus stop at the end of the road for buses towards Southampton, Lyndhurst or Lymington, with links to explore the region and a short train journey will take you to Bournemouth for the beaches! There is so much to explore in the New Forest all year round and Ashurst is a great base to explore from.

Welcome to our semi off grid sustainable home where you will enjoy our shepherd's hut and the peace and tranquillity it provides. Amongst our newly planted saplings in our paddock you will have the wildlife and our 2 ponies for company. A warm, cosy, quiet, safe, space...read our reviews!!!! Suitable for two adults & one child under 12, it features a comfy double bed, small guest bed or cot (on request), kitchenette, separate shower room, & fold-down table that can be used as a desk or for meals. The studio is a stone's throw from spectacular walks & cycleways, fabulous pubs, picturesque villages, great attractions & stunning coastlines - all waiting for you to discover!

The Old Dairy in the New Forest

The Old Dairy is a quaint studio cottage in the New Forest. The one bedroom studio was once the old parlor room for the dairy. With lots of original features such as the old brick chimney breast and wooden beams. This is perfect for a couple who want to come away to explore the forest for a few days. Equipped with a kitchenette for small meals with fridge microwave and single induction hob it also has a shower room. Set on our 70 acre farm which you can explore with fresh farm eggs daily.

Lyndhurst - A New Forest Gem with Garden

Brackenberry Cottage is a charming 2-bedroom cottage, located in a small row of period cottages, ideally located in the heart of the New Forest National Park. Having been refurbished to a high standard, the cottage is located within 7 mins walking distance of the village of Lyndhurst's high-street, which has a selection of fantastic restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes. The open forest is also a short distance from the cottage and leads to endless walks, cycle rides and heaps of exploring!

Forest’s Edge - Ashurst

This self contained guesthouse is perfect for escapes to the New Forest. Situated in the New Forest National Park 'Forest’s Edge' is great for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Our guesthouse is very comfortable with a sofa, arm chair, king size bed, bunk bed & trundle in one room. There is a separate kitchen & separate shower room with toilet & basin. The garden is huge with lots of seating. We welcome dogs & we are close to Peppa Pig (Paultons Park) and the beach. Cats not allowed.

Southampton, Salisbury .Bournemouth all close by.

We pride ourselves on offering a luxurious stay - comfy beds, crisp linens, a rainfall shower, a woodburner and pretty cottage garden. Note. We are fully compliant with the updated Government Fire Regulations for Holiday Lets in effect from October 2023.

The Cottage is detached and on one level, open plan lounge and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette. Main bedroom has kingsize bed with tv and second bedroom has 2 adult single beds. The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
