Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

The space is a converted garage attached to the house with a private entrance, with a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car outside the room. The room has a comfortable double bed, and a small fridge with tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work has started on the section next door to us which may result in some building/construction noise during the week.Please take this into account when booking

Our Air Con penthouse makes the most of Auckland, right on the water, city views, easy stroll to town & ferrys. but located in Wynyard Quarter so without all the noise of the viaduct area. You are right on the water, a short stroll to the shops and cafes, or just enjoying sitting on the deck enjoying the view of the water. 1 secure car park to use.
