Just a 7 minute drive takes you to Terrigal, where you can drop into one of the rooftop bars or restaurants

Terrigal has a large selection of restaurants and bars where the fun crowd gather with lots of live music and entertainment at night and surf its famous beach during the day.

Private front street access, off street parking. 2 beds/large open plan living-dining opening on to the large deck and private plunge pool area. The many local pristine beaches are all only a short drive away. Full kitchen + laundry, Netflix/WIFI. Sorry no pets.

This 2 bedroom guest house is battle axed and has valley views. Walk to the lake and the beach in Avoca. New dwelling to enjoy. Please note there are a number of stairs to access cabin. Property not ideally suited for persons with mobility difficulties.

Blue Seas Avoca Beach

Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. Savour a morning coffee or evening drink on the jetty. Enjoy a barbecue directly outside the studio or on the expansive travertine courtyard overlooking the lake.

Terrigal beach house on Quarang

Self contained one bedroom unit. 400 metres easy walk to Terrigal Beach, restaurants and shops. French doors in the bedroom and living area open onto the Large deck. The unit has air conditioning. Suitable for couples or single person. All linen and bath towels supplies. Private entry, street parking in quiet no through road.

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
