Placed just off the main strip , the apartment is a short walk to both Ettalong and Umina's local cafes, restaurant's and shops - all you need is just an arms length away.

This 2 bedroom guest house is battle axed and has valley views. Walk to the lake and the beach in Avoca. New dwelling to enjoy. Please note there are a number of stairs to access cabin. Property not ideally suited for persons with mobility difficulties.

Blue Seas Avoca Beach

Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

Lakeside & 700 mtrs to sea - One bedroom Studio

Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. Savour a morning coffee or evening drink on the jetty. Enjoy a barbecue directly outside the studio or on the expansive travertine courtyard overlooking the lake.

Situated within walking distance from Avoca Beach & its charming village with its fabulous range of shops, restaurants and coffee shops There is plenty of off street parking for cars of any size Avoca Breezes offers clients free WiFi and a small work space for those who need to work or just keep in touch with the outside world.

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
