The Stables is attached to the The Old Vicarage in the rural peaceful village of Awre. It has panoramic views to the River Severn, Cotswolds and Forest of Dean. It is set in beautiful mature gardens and a cider orchard. Guest can walk from the garden to the famous River Severn. Awre is close to the Forest of Dean in easy reach of Cheltenham and Cotswolds. A perfect place for those who appreciate peace, beauty, the countryside, being active or relaxing, seeing huge skies, birds and wild life.

Here In the beautiful Forest of Dean, we are so fortunate to have thousands of acres of forest nestled between the Wye Valley AONB and the Severn Estuary. It’s a special place with a rich history, scenic landscapes, friendly people and many outdoor pursuits. Forest View Cabin is perfectly placed for exploring. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s a peaceful hillside location set in a half-acre garden at the Old Cottage. The log style cabin enjoys panoramic views of the woods and garden.

Little Teasel is a former 17th Century animal shelter lovingly rebuilt to provide a detached ensuite bedroom annexe full of Cotswold charm. It has fabulous far reaching views. The outside space is the 96 acres of common land on which the property stands. Accessed via a stone track with parking outside the property. Good accessibility as just one door step. Cosy underfloor heating throughout. There is a king size bed and ensuite shower. Perfect for a relaxing short stay in the Cotswolds!

Forest of Dean, The Old Chapel

In the Forest of Dean, the Old Chapel is situated next to woodland with wonderful walks right on the doorstep. The chapel has been sympathetically restored and retains many original features, character and charm. An abundance of pine cladding on walls and ceilings give a wonderful feeling of warmth and relaxation. The floors are original pine. Candles in the evening and a beast of a woodburner makes this an incredibly relaxing place to be. Something a little bit different.

This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

Featuring a log burner and views of the nearby countryside, The Hayloft is the perfect setting for a break in the picturesque Forest of Dean. With easy access to local walks from the front door and access by car to Cheltenham (40 mins), Bristol (40 mins) and Bath (60 mins).
