Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor court yard with bistro table, king sized bed, sofa bed, tv with sky and Netflix, super fast broadband, walk in shower, nespresso coffee machine. Country pubs within walking distance. Babies, small children and well behaved pets considered - cot and high chair can be provided.

The White Cottage Romantic Riverside Retreat

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. I have been a super host for 7 years letting The White Cottage Garden Annexe, please read my reviews there.

We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.
