We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Welcome to Our Peace of Norfolk!! We are on the beautiful coast of North Norfolk at a place called Bacton. Our chalet feels spacious with a high ceiling in the main living area. It’s modern but with a home away from home feel! The amazing beach is a 5 minute walk away. The site is privately owned so no noisy clubhouse. The site is very peaceful & relaxing just like our chalet. It’s a lovely space to just to UNWIND! Read a book with a glass of wine and chill.

Keepers Cottage, in 42 acres of Norfolk nature.

Cottage sleeping 4 + 2 set in 36 Acres of Meadows, Woodland, Wetlands, Lake, Stream & a very well equipped Gym. A well equipped, tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, former Gamekeepers residence. A natural haven is set down a long track and within the beautiful Broadland district (home to the Norfolk Broads and its wonderful wildlife), yet only a short drive/bus ride from the historic, cathedral city of Norwich, easy access to the outstanding North Norfolk Coast.

My lovely 1960s chalet is very close to Mundesley beach - 2 minutes to the cliff top and 5 mins down onto the beach. It has great south facing views of the countryside and you are not overlooked by other chalets. You’ll love my place because of the big windows, the light, airy space and quirky found-objects. Even the bedrooms look out onto the private garden. Great for couples and small families. A quiet and spacious little development - bit of a hidden gem.

Newly refurbished one bedroom chalet just 2 minutes walk from a stunning sandy beach. The chalet has everything you need for a relaxing romantic getaway. Fully functional kitchen, en-suite shower room ( no loo but the toilet block is just next door), sitting room and sunny porch. Bedding and towels are provided along with tea, coffee, and sugar. There is a small supermarket next door with laundry facilities. Non shedding dogs are allowed too.

The Hayloft is a renovated old brick and flint farm building with plenty of character and charm. It is ideal for couples or a small family and has lots to offer including sizeable enclosed patio. Located in the quiet Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of Mundesley, a stunning coastal village in North Norfolk with award winning sandy beaches. The beach, village, pubs and cafes are a 20 minute walk away or a short 1 mile drive.

Sandy Toes annexe is attached to my home with all its own private facilities. It's fully gas centrally heated so very warm and cosy even in the chill of winter. Ideal for beach holidays just a few hundred yards from the beach. Dogs are welcome, access to a small pretty garden and walking distance to pubs, convenience store, fish & chip shop, Kebab & Chinese. On-site massage in a private secluded studio available on request.

A delightful two bedroomed chalet that comfortably sleeps 5 within a two minute walk of Walcott Beach and handy amenities including a pub , shop and fish & chips . Ideally situated for all of North Norfolk tourist destinations including the Norfolk Broads , Norfolk Coastal Path , The Seals at Horsey , Cromer & National Trust Houses including Felbrigg & Blickling Hall . Great Yarmouth & Norwich are within easy reach.

Coach House

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 10 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!
