The following utilities are Included: AC, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, purified drinking water via garrafon (a large jug), space heater and basic consumables.

The Surf Hut and Pelican Palace are located on the same lot but have independent access. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old.

Surfing a few miles north & whale watching on the large front porch & rooftop! NO smoking on property.

This house is beautiful and is one of 4 casas on the ranch! It's got so many awesome details and is right by the swimming pool and tennis court. The master bedroom is upstairs, 4-post king bed, and downstairs is another king bed. We have the best WiFi in the whole town now. .
