Step into the roll-top bath for a relaxing soak at a chic town-centre retreat finished by award-winning architecture practice The English Listed. Soak up the space of the double-height, vaulted atrium hallway and unwind on the snug balcony. - 2 double bedrooms - both with double beds and fully equipped with bed linen and towels - Open Plan Kitchen - fully fitted with dishwasher, toaster and kettle and generous crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - Open Plan ding/living room with dining table and chairs for six, two comfortable sofas and coffee table -Bathroom with roll-top bath, shower cubicle, sink and WC. The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

The Orchard Apartment

The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Cambridge Shepherd’s Hut

Enjoy a cosy getaway in this charming, boutique shepherd's hut with private garden in the grounds of a historic thatched cottage. Conveniently located for exploring Cambridge and surrounding area, with free parking onsite, a frequent bus or an easy cycle to the city centre, and several excellent cafés, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Bicycles are available free of charge. Every stay with us helps to fund the much-needed restoration of our Grade-II listed cottage. Thank you!

The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

Rosemary Barn

Rosemary Barn is a beautifully presented two bedroom barn conversion on a working arable farm in the picturesque rural village of Conington, just 15 minutes from Cambridge and a convenient location for travel to Addenbrooke’s hospital. Conington is home to The White Swan pub which won the Cambridge and District CAMRA Rural Community pub of the year 2023. The barn has been tastefully renovated to include original beams and features but with all modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay.

The Old Workshop @TheFoldCambridge private estate

One of 4 luxurious and quietly charming adult-only suites on a 24 acre private estate just 3 miles from Cambridge and 5 mins walk from award winning cafes, restaurants and pubs. We wanted to bring a real sense of what this workshop's role had been on the farm, while still creating a modern and comfortable place to stay equivalent to a Boutique hotel. You have access to a courtyard garden shared with our other 3 rooms and total freedom to explore the meadows and woodlands across the estate

Honey Hill Lodge

Located in the pretty village of Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire. Less than 2 miles away from the historic market town of St.Ives and just 10 miles away from the stunning city of Cambridge this ideally placed bolt hole is in the perfect location for exploring the area. Honey Hill Lodge is fully equipped and sits in a quite corner of the village and nestled in our family garden with lovely views across the lawn and the surrounding fields.

Overview This is an ideal bolt hole for a business person, couple or friends visiting the area. Rare for the area, the accommodation offers a high degree of privacy with its own access and self check using a key safe. It is quiet space which has a breakfast hall area with a small dining nook with bar stools and bistro table, there is also a small utility area for rinsing pots with an additional toilet.
