Udaljen je 1 km od Starog grada i 300 m od mora.Iz apartmana se pruža predivan pogled na kotorske bedeme,brdo i tvrdjavu San Giovanni ,koji je posebno veličanstven noću. •Apartman ima izuzetnu lokaciji.U blizini se nalaze plaže, apoteka,supermarket,autobuska stanica,benzinska pumpa ,teniski teren , bazen,kao i provjereni restorani. Aerodrom Tivat je udaljen 4 km,a od planine Lovćen vas dijeli 40 min vožnje.

Unser WLAN-freies Gästehaus befindet sich in Ratac (zwischen Bar und Sutomore) am Berghang, etwa 700 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Es besteht aus 3 Doppelzimmern und einem Einzelzimmer sowie einem Ess- und Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche. Hier können Menschen innere Ruhe und Kraft finden. Falls Interesse besteht kann unser Seminarraum gemietet werden. Bei Bedarf kann in das Einzelzimmer ein 2. Bett gestellt werden. Es gibt zwei Sonnenterrassen mit wunderbarem Meerblick und einen kleinen Swimmingpool.
