It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

We live in the main house and we have two holiday lets on the estate (1) this cottage; and (2) our recently refurbished annexe!
