Welcome to “Triv House”. Spacious with parking for 2 vehicles and 900Mb WiFi. Inside, each area is themed around the popular Trivial Pursuit board game, you can sleep in the Geography, History or Arts & Literature bedrooms or take part in ‘Trivial Pursuits’ in the Sports & Leisure room and large garden. Pursuits include the Retro Arcade Machine (100’s of games), the Pub Quiz machine, the Nerf Wall, playing one of the many board games at the dining/gaming table, or simply relax watching Netflix.

Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay.
