Perfect for friends getaways and families, this spacious barn has two generous seating areas that lead out onto an outdoor seating area. New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Gilda's Garden - Apartment 1 in Number 4 Norfolk Buildings, is actually a maisonette, occupying two floors of this listed Regency Terraced building. This is a spacious apartment with an elegant Lounge and dining area with open plan kitchen, there is a toilet and wash basin on the half landing , and on the garden level, there are two ensuite bedrooms. The downstairs marble floored hallway leads to the long garden, which is a pleasant space on a sunny day, with plenty of outdoor seating.

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.
