It is perfect for exploring 1066 country and with Hastings, Battle and Rye just a few miles away there is much to do and see! Dogs are very welcome. Small orchard with picnic table and bbq. We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The Potting Shed-perfect for family and friends

The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

This cosy little apartment has everything you need for a peaceful retreat in our beautiful little town of Battle. Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area. The apartment is decorated with an appreciation of the architecture and history of the Abbey whilst including inspirations from the surrounding countryside.

Situated in 0re, nearby paths lead to the beautiful Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve with its coastal country walks, ancient woodlands and dramatic clifftop sea-views. Set back from the road, along a terrace of small cottages, this is a place for quiet and bird song.
