Master bath features a steam shower with rain head. 2nd bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Hardwood floors throughout, washer, dryer, large dining table, outdoor shower, grill. Point Pleasant Beach ("PPB") is at the hub of the Jersey Shore at the top of the Barnegat Bay and along the Manasquan inlet. The home is 300 yards from the Elizabeth Carter Private Beach-6 badges included - small children do not need a badge. PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it. The Ark restaurant is a short walk from the house.

Very quiet neighborhood, access to county park on river bay at end of street. 1st floor completely renovated, balcony w/ lounge chairs. 4 rooms with beds, sleeping 8 people, one office room with couch, 3 full baths, unheated sun room with futon bed (additional bed sheets provided upon request, sleeps two more people). Please note: 7-day minimum during summer season and 30-day minimum during off-season (winter) due to new city ordinance! Cozy family bungalow on a private walkway just steps from the boardwalk and beach! Stay includes access to one reserved parking spot (three blocks away from the house) and two prepaid beach passes. Walkable to all boardwalk attractions. Great place to bring the kids or as a couples' getaway.

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00

Manasquan - Beach Rental / Front

Manasquan Beach is a quaint seashore destination. My beach rental is located directly across from the oceanfront homes . Close to Sea Watch Beach and the quiet North End of the beachfront. The house is comfortable, relaxing and convenient . Literally stroll off the beach for lunch or just take a break from the sun and leave your chair & towels on the beach.

Can accommodate sleeping for infants and toddlers. 500 square foot elevated deck with gas grill, table, chairs, patio umbrella. Hammock, bicycles for kids and adults.
