The guest suite is connected to the main house, but has its own private stairs and entrance, as well as a dedicated parking space. Gorgeous views day and night are enjoyed from the guest suite and the covered patio underneath. It is a wildlife lover's paradise! We are about 20 minutes from Wilmington and 20 minutes from the beaches of Topsail Island. Please note-we do not have a boat dock available.

Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom & laundry. This amazing location is a short drive to downtown and is walkable to the bars, restaurants & shops in the Cargo District! We are dog friendly, but need to approve ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.
