Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

King Bed, Private Entry, Near Beaches, Downtown

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 sofa couch, and 1 single blow up mattress or your choice of a Queen blow up mattress that you would have to request. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe:)

Enjoy sunrises and sunsets while sitting waterfront: on the dock, porch and spacious studio cottage. Watch the bird life happen right before your eyes. Here you can immerse yourself in nature, or choose your recreation on the water - Kayak, paddle, fish. The large well appointed galley bathroom is fantastic. Welcome to The Loft at Sycamore Bend! A loft apartment renovated in 2022 is located above the garage of a lovely historic property in Wilmington! Just a few miles drive to the beach, this gorgeous light filled space is the perfect spot for your next trip! Enjoy your coffee while watching the horses or possibly a wedding on the pastures and near the stable across the yard. There is a desk space for working, a large screen TV, and a small kitchenette. The owners live nearby.

The house is nestled among many mature trees and has a private back yard where you can sunbathe by the pool or grill up some food to enjoy with family on the deck. If you forget to pack something, you can easily run across the street to the grocery store or pick up some takeout. When you get tired of the sun, you can retreat to the living room and lounge on the sofa and watch a movie.
