Unique guesthouse within walking distance of downtown historic Beaufort.We are one block from Taylors Creek. We provide kayaks and bikes for your pleasure. If an IPA fan we are a 5 minute walk to The Mill Whistle Brewery. The cottage has keyless entry and a choice of 2 ground level decks. Spacious living area and kitchen provide all the comforts you would need for your stay, just bring groceries. Shell Cottage DOG Friendly in Historic District

Our Shell Cottage features both a queen size bed in the Bedroom, and a queen size sofa-bed in the Living Room, the cottage sleeps a maximum of 3 persons. This cottage has an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and propane grill, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are provided. There is one private parking space provided with the Shell Cottage, and one “well behaved” dog can accompany you with the payment of a $60 pet fee. Hi-Speed WiFi internet for remote working! No Smoking allowed.

The Beau Retreat

This lovely apartment is located 3 miles from historic Beaufort. Established in 1713, Beaufort is the fourth oldest town in North Carolina. Stroll streets steeped in maritime history, quaint shops and great restaurants. Take a ferry ride to Carrot Island or Shackleford banks to view the wild horses or visit the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast. Beau Retreat is a new construction, 6oo sq ft with its own entrance, parking, ac/heating unit, TV, fridge, microwave and toaster oven.

We are walking distance to Morehead City downtown waterfront with restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, dive shops, art galleries, charter boats, fishing and kayaking. You can walk to Shevans park or drive 5 minutes to downtown Beaufort, 5 minutes to Atlantic beach and 25 min to Cherry Point. Boat ramp access is 2 blocks away (1 min).

Formerly an artist studio, it's a tad quirky. But, our reviews show how much it's loved! It is a quick walk to Bogue Sound public access, Downtown shops/restaurants, Morehead Waterfront & Big Rock Landing, Multiple town parks for pets and kids. Near Atl Bch and Beaufort. 2 Queen beds.
