With room to accommodate four guests, it consists of a very spacious master bedroom & ensuite with a Super- King bed. The second room is small and consists of a standard double bed with small chest of drawers which is able to accommodate two adults or kids if needed. Centrally located in what has become one of the most fashionable and sought-after neighbourhoods in central London, with numerous high class restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as walking distance to the best of what London has to offer. Spacious and quaint, renovated 1-bedroom flat in a beautiful Victorian detached house in Sydenham, built 1881. Lovely well maintained communal garden. Our road features in the famous painting 'The Avenue' by Pissarro. This is my own home, but I'm often away for work or travel, so I rent it out. Sofa bed in living room can be used on arrangement (please ask). Approx 7 minute walk to Sydenham station and high street with shops.
