A stunning shepherd's hut in a beautiful lakeside location. Set at the back of a working farm & equestrian centre the hut is well-appointed with modern decor. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 adults in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

Situated near Sywell, in the rural Northamptonshire countryside, Overstone Lakes is an ideal getaway location for all the family. You will be greeted by the picturesque surroundings of the park and there is also an excellent selection of lakeside walks. Please note any branded work vehicles are not allowed on site and must be parked at the pub next door.

Lakeside Self Catering Lodge

Enjoy a peaceful holiday with wonderful views overlooking the lake. Guests can access the water directly from the decking. There are steps down making it easy to launch paddle boards, kayaks or canoes. Why not be bold & try wild swimming or paddle up the river to the pub for a meal then spend your evening fishing from the deck or having a BBQ. There is an abundance of wildlife on the marina including geese, swans, kingfishers, muntjac deer, bats and on occasions otters.

Welcome to our lovely Scandinavian lodge cottage situated on the bank of the lake at Riverside Island Marina. A beautiful and peaceful location with lots of fascinating wildlife frequenting the lake and great fishing from your garden. South facing sunny garden with decked area bordering the lake. Ideal for a peaceful day watching the wildlife on the lake. The fishing from the garden can be really good. Specimen Pike, Zander, Bream, Perch and Roach have all been caught.
