Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed, towels, guest robes, slippers, also we can provide a travel cot & hi chair if requested. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal waste bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras.

Riverside Retreat

Nearly a century old, children call it “The Witches House” and we haven't changed it's magic. A mezzanine provides the main bedroom, a little window overlooks the lawns. Downstairs is a log burning stove, a sofa/double bed, and all facilities needed. French doors open to a patio over the river and woodland views. 40 minutes from London and you're in another world.
