For tourists and Digital Nomads Friendly: For 2 guests and a child up to 12 years old. My internet speed in Dubrovnik is 50 mbits, maximum and enough to work at that address. Completely renovated 1 bedroom apartment for 2 guests in the old family house with a beautiful sea view, Old City and island of Lokrum. 3 minutes walk to the Old City, 5 to the cable car for Srđ hil and bus stop for Cavtat, 10 minutes for the Ploče Gate and the famous Banje beach. Public Car Park is near my house.

The apartment provides astonishing view of the coast and urban Dubrovnik area. It has a large terrace with furniture, so guests can enjoy food and drink overlooking the sea. Next to the apartment there is a barbecue area as well as a sunbathing area with deck chairs for people to relax and have fun. Old Town is located 5km from the apartment - 7 minutes by car or 15 minutes by public bus with the stop 3 minutes walk from the apartment. 100m from this area there is a mini supermarket.

The new listing to AirBnB is located in the quiet residential area of Dubrovnik. It has a number of beaches nearby to choose from but is not too far from the old town centre. Its easy to get to by car and has its own private parking spot. Alternatively, there is a bus stop only 25 meters away. The apartment is an easily accessible, no steps apartment on the ground floor.
