Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

All of your home facility needs will be provided including, air fryer/microwave/fridge/kettle/running hot and cold water/shower/toilet/hand basin/heated radiator/double bed, sofa bed and bedding/EETV and Wi-Fi. Free parking and private entrance through a gate at the back of the house. Extra amenities include - travel cot, blankets and dog bed and bowls.

The local area has lots of pubs, cafes and shops. A perfect place to be able to enjoy and explore the county of Rutland.
