Ons vakantiehuis is gelegen op de prachtigste en rustigste plek aan de rand van recreatiepark 'De Krim' met uitzicht op de 18-holes golfbaan en de duinen van Texel. Dit huis is in 2015 volledig verbouwd en gerenoveerd en biedt veel luxe en comfort en is heerlijk vertoeven zowel in de zomer als winter periode. * Veiliger is altijd eerst een bericht te sturen voor boeking. The house is spacious, including a fully furnished terrace and BBQ. The villa has a big private garden with a trampoline, private swimming pool and is surrounded by swimming water. It is a fantastic place for families, friends or business people looking for space and tranquility a step away from Amsterdam.

Voor deze locatie heb je wel een auto nodig gezien de ligging in de natuur. Het huis is van alle luxe voorzien. Fijn om met vrienden(innen), partner of gezin te verblijven. Ideaal voor weekend trip of weekje weg. Gratis parkeerplek voor het huis. Incl. twee supplanken om de omgeving te verkennen. Visite en feesten zijn in dit huis niet toegestaan.

After barbecuing, paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you can sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you can flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Deze exclusieve villa is zeer geschikt om te onthaasten. De fluister-sloep ligt voor jullie klaar om geruisloos het Friese water mee te verkennen. Plons in het water vanaf het eigen terras of ontspan op de loungebank. Genieten kan ook op de veranda met terrasverwarmer of van de andere faciliteiten van deze recent gebouwde villa. Dit alles nabij het waterrijke centrum van het elfsteden-stadje Stavoren met o.a een supermarkt, diverse restaurantjes, terrasjes en VVV-kantoor.

Zeewolde Villa met sauna en jacuzzi.

Gezellig met familie of vrienden op pad... dit kan in deze ruime vakantiewoning. Op de BG zijn 3 slaapkamers en badkamer in een aparte vleugel. (Op de 1e etage bevinden zich de andere 3 kamers met 2e badkamer en apart toilet.) De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken zoals; combi magnetron, vaatwasser en bonenkoffieapparaat. Je hoeft je nooit te vervelen want er is een prachtige jacuzzi in de tuin. Ook staat hier een Barrelsauna met een elektrische kachel (5 euro/uur).
