Modern styled double room next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. El Traghetto Ca' D'Oro

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

The guesthouse is situated in Venice, providing accommodation just 300 meters from the Rialto Bridge and 800 meters from St. Mark's Basilica. Additionally, several notable attractions are in close proximity, such as the La Fenice Theatre, the Basilica dei Frari, and the Scuola Grande di San Rocco. All units are air-conditioned and equipped with a fridge, a Smart TV, Free Wifi and a private bathroom with a shower. Sheets and towels are provided in the guesthouse rooms.

This is a single room with a sink inside the bedroom and a small bathroom (WC/shower). It has aircon (1st June to 1st September), heating (October to March), a desk, a wardrobe, a chair and WIFI. The view is to the wall of the neighbourhood. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin) at a partner hotel (distance 700 meters). City tax of 3€ pppn not included and shall be paid in cash at checkin.
