The Cottage sleeps up to 2 with a king sized bed (and additional sofa bed in the downstairs living room).

Relax in our refurbished, self contained garden cottage with its quiet garden. There is a kitchenette a portable induction hob and air fryer. A shower/toilet, A comfortable lounge with TV overlooking the garden through the patio doors. The garden has seating, ideal for sunrise. Parking for 2 cars. The cottage is perfect for local site seeing- Bicester Village, Oxford ,Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds Near Jeremy Clarkson pub and farm shop . We do one night stays from November to March .

The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

Ideally situated for Bicester Village shopping, Oxford site seeing, Silverstone motor racing and beautiful countryside walks. This is the perfect bolt hole to be as active or relaxed as you choose. A beautifully appointed 2 double bedroom historic Coach House on the village green in Kirtlington. Close to Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Cotswolds, SoHo Farmhouse , Kirtlington Park, Oxfordshire Way, Diddly Squat Farm, and Bicester Village. We have a great local pub, The Oxford Arms and a very popular Indian restaurant at Dashwood by Aziz, with other eateries a short drive away. Fabulous walking area. For those seeking a touch of luxury we are close to Estelle Manor, SoHo Farmhouse and RH.
