‘Little Gate House' is an idyllic countryside retreat nestled within the heart of the New Forest National Park. A cosy self-contained cabin with enclosed garden & large elevated south facing balcony with gorgeous views. The open New Forest is literally outside our gate yet there is easy access to visit the many towns, villages, cities and beaches nearby. The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.
