An ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, the Malvern Hills and several National Trust properties. Stay a stone’s throw from Shakespeare’s Birthplace

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Situated in the pretty Saxon village of Bidford on Avon with its many amenities such as restaurants, supermarket,various takeaway such asfish and chips,Indian chinese and pizza . The village has many interesting features a 15th century bridge12 century church and even the Falcon where Will Shakepeare drank many an ale.

Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
