There are TVs with freeview channels and WIFI is available free of charge throughout the house. On a fine day, turn left out of the back gate for a pleasant 35 minute walk, following the canal directly into the beautiful city of Chester. Maybe take a boat trip on the river Dee? Alternatively, Chester Zoo is just a 10 minute drive, continuing down the A41.

Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

The house has 5 bedrooms with just 1 bed in each, no sofa beds! All bedrooms have TVs. There is a downstairs bedroom. There is a lounge with 55" 4k TV with Sky/TNT sports channels. Superfast wifi. Modern kitchen with cooking and washing facilities. There are two bathrooms. Outside there is a seating area.
