Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in the heart of North Devon surrounded by nature. This bespoke Shepherds hut is nestled in a 3 acre field with its own river meandering through. Built with only comfort in mind so you can relax by the warmth of the log fire, read a book or watch TV on the king size bed. This is the place to be still and take in the sunset views, starry night skies and the sound of the river whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with your favourite person.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Located just on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park, this charming retreat includes an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, three spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The property comfortably accommodates for six guests - with room for two more at a squeeze! All well-behaved pets are welcome, but please be aware we do have goats and a barn cat who live on the property.

Welcome to the gateway of Exmoor and North Devon ! My home in the middle of South Molton is an old regency building with beautiful high ceilings. The town centre with it's Pannier Market individual shops and supermarket is a short walk away. All the beautiful beaches are within reach and Exmoor National Park and the Tarka Trail are on the footstep. Woolacombe, Saunton Sands, Croyde, Lynmouth and much more are waiting for you !
