Beautiful Self Contained Garden Flat

RESTRICTED CEILING & DOORWAY HEIGHTS This cosy little flat offers all you could need. It is cool in summer, warm in winter. Newly renovated fresh and clean. Situated in the center of a thriving village offering several cafes, pubs and restaurants. A rural village close to the South Downs National Park surrounded with fabulous walking and mountain biking opportunities. Many interesting villages and towns around to visit. Various seaside opportunities just over the downs to suit different tastes.

Quaint 1 Bed Cottage Near South Downs Pets Welcome

My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the south downs . The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

Built in the early 19th century, Church Mouse Cottage has all the charm and character you would expect from a Georgian property. The cottage is beautiful, warm and comfortable making it the perfect bolt hole. A lot of thought has gone into ensuring that this is not just a place to stay but a place to enjoy being. Its location is an ideal blend of being tucked away in complete tranquility whilst still being just a 5 minute stroll from the thriving high street with its many shops, pubs and cafes.

"The Lodge" takes you to the French Alps, yet located in the rural area of Small Dole, West Sussex. Set in grounds of main house, it provides the perfect spot to rest and relax in luxury after a day walking/cycling the South Downs Way/Link. Brighton is on your doorstep 8 miles , or the beach 4 miles, it's your choice! Lodge has: Kingsize Bed, Single Sofabed, Wifi, Kitchenette, Microwave, Hob, Fridge, Smart TV, Shower/Toilet, Private Patio/Seating/Dining/BBQ, Pub 5 mins walk! Excellent food

Beautiful Annex in Southdowns National Park

The property is a recently built self-contained annex above the garage nestled into the South Downs. It offers a spacious open plan living area suitable for 2 guests. A small living area with sofa, chair and Digital TV (includes Amazon Prime), chest of drawers, hanging space, full length mirror etc. Fast Wi-Fi. 
Kitchenette with dining table to eat/work on, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Complimentary tea, coffee & sugar. The bathroom has a shower, basin & toilet, with a large mirror.

Cozy secluded Barn, South Downs National Park

This secluded barn is a quirky unique space located the foot of the South Downs Country park. Placed on the crossroads of bridle/footpath. Bbq and secluded outside space, living area, wood burner. One bedroom, king size bed with a Hypnos premier mattress, tea/coffee etc., Short walk to pub where your dog is welcome. The Old Barn has a breakfast & food prep area, air fryer, microwave, fridge Welcome pack provided & continental breakfast. BBQ packs available on request before /during stay

A beautiful studio built on the first floor with its own private entrance. The space has a staircase leading to the lounge area with fully-fitted kitchen and king-size bed sleeping area. Hotel-quality shower room. Views of blue sky and the South Downs make this bright, light space perfect for relaxing. Explore the village or venture into Brighton. Off-street parking and easy access to the Downs. Bring your bikes, walking boots or just a book! Cook during your stay or enjoy the restaurants.

Idyllic Historic Cottage Henfield

Nestled up a quaint cobbled footpath, this enchanting cottage retains exquisite period features, including a stunning inglenook fireplace and a cozy wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Perfectly positioned in the heart of the South Downs, it’s just a 20-minute drive to vibrant Brighton & Hove, with scenic country walks right on your doorstep. Henfield High Street, full of charm and local amenities, is just a short 5-8 minute stroll away.

Our pod, tucked away near the Downs

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. Close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but not for cooking. That’s why it’s only available for a few magical days at a time. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.) There is WiFi

The Hen House

The Hen House is a converted barn standing within its own private plot but using the same driveway as Wyndham Farmhouse, Barn and Stables. The house is well equipped, light and airy with fantastic views to the south downs. It is the perfect base to explore the Sussex countryside with plenty of local attractions. Dogs are welcome and the garden is fenced.

Escape to the countryside to this beautiful one bedroom annex which forms part of this stunning house, perfect for couples or solo travellers this cosy retreat is situated near Henfield and boasts of stunning views and surrounding fields and countryside. Whilst we accept well behaved dogs these are the only pets we allow.
