Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing your pet with you.

Writer's Retreat in the heart of Perthshire

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

Sitting within our 14 acre smallholding in a rural setting surrounded by farmland with open views of the Sidlaw Hills (and our sheep) Situated between 2 lochs, generously equipped for 2 people for a night or a week.

4 Rosemount Cottage is situated at the foot of the Cairngorms National Park. The cottage boasts stunning views across the peaceful Perthshire countryside and is situated just 2 miles from the town of Blairgowrie and a 35 minute drive from Glenshee. Patio doors at the back of the cottage open to a spacious garden which provide a great place to relax and enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful surroundings.
