Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious ancient dovecote in a gorgeous peaceful countryside setting, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Private heated swimming pool available in summer. Upstairs there is a luxurious super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV and downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Lovely walks from the door and close to Salisbury, Longleat, Stonehenge and Bath

The Cartshed, Cranborne Chase National Landscape

The Cartshed is a converted barn located in the stunning Tarrant Valley. Tastefully decorated throughout, the living room boasts a Swedish log burner and bifold doors out onto your own garden. Kitchen fully equipped with granite worktops, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine. Smart TV in living room, Bluetooth speaker, TV in bedroom and Wifi throughout. Ensuite comprises luxury rainfall shower with heated mosaic seat. No bath. Linen and robes provided. Charcoal BBQ available

Self-contained studio

Cute but spacious studio apartment on the edge of Cranborne Chase AONB; only 5 mins drive to the historic town of Shaftesbury. 'Bumbles' is the perfect place to provide easy access to a wealth of attractions, whether it be the newly re-opened Compton Airfield, famous Gold Hill and Shaftesbury Abbey, Breezy Ridge Vineyard, Stonehenge or even a day out at the beach! Guests are also offered discount on treatments at the onsite beauty studio, and are welcome to relax in the adjoining orchard.

Self-contained annexe on organic dairy farm

Whether you’re wanting to have a base for a holiday with family, staying for a wedding, or here on business, I would love to have you stay at Lower Farm. The Annexe is situated on a working organic dairy farm, nestled in the most idyllic part of Dorset; perfectly located for beaching, country pubbing or long walks in the rolling countryside that surrounds. Old Red Lion House in Market Town

A beautiful listed building located on a quiet lane in the centre of the pretty market town of Blandford Forum, offering the perfect place to explore Dorset or simply relax in one of the cosy sitting rooms and indulge in one of the house's many books. Plenty of board games and DVDs will keep the younger ones entertained or get outside to the nearby River Stour to spot otters and kingfishers (just a 5 minute walk from the house) or head in any direction to Dorset's spectacular countryside.

The Vintage Hideaway

The vintage hideaway is a self contained annexe attached to my house. It is light and comfortable, it has a bedroom with sofa, kitchenette with small oven/grill and two hotplates ,fridge, freezer and microwave and a shower room. Access from the bedroom to a seating area on the deck ,over looking an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house is close to lovely walks and the historic town of Shaftesbury with a variety of cafes , individual shops and pubs, and of course Gold Hill.

The Snug: Dorset hideaway

Retreat to the Snug in a central Dorset location. Short drive from here to most of Dorset’s famous beaches, pretty towns and historic sites. Guests have their own cabin in our garden with private access and a small outdoor seating area. The cabin has 1 cosy double bed, a shower room with wc and sink, small kitchen with plug-in hob, kettle and toaster as well as a fridge to store all you need for a weekend spent exploring and escaping the busyness of life. Flint Cottage for two with indoor pool & sauna

Flint is at the heart of the Dorset countryside in the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, close to traditional, cosy pub and a 40 minute drive from the Jurassic Coast. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the views, the comfy bed, and the outdoor bateau bath. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). If it’s not walking weather, while away the afternoon in the 12m indoor swimming pool and sauna.

Hanford Minima

Immaculate newly renovated three-bedroom cottage, (2 x double, 1 x twin) dating from the 1840s in typical Dorset brick and flint. Nestled at the foot of Hambledon Hill – between Shaftesbury and Blandford – it's only a mile to the village shop and an easy walk over the hill to The Cricketer's pub for lunch or a pint. Drive to the Jurassic coast (40 mins) to explore Lulworth Cove or visit the gorgeous beach at Studland.
