Situated on the Blue River, this beautiful, cozy and family oriented home is a very short 3 mile drive (or bus 1 block away) to the historic town of Breckenridge. It's the perfect "escape" no matter what time of year! The ski slopes, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and all of the amenities that the Breck area has to offer are so easily accessible. Come relax and enjoy our home after an active day skiing or hiking the mountains - sitting by the river and enjoying the sights and sounds.

Plus, there is also a free bus (Brown route, we will have more info on scheduling for you at the condo). Our place has a full size kitchen and we have most of the essentials that you will need during your stay (coffee maker & filters, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc.).
